We have recently successfully completed  “Phase 1” of our support programme.  The focus was on the UIF TERS benefits and securing payment. The challenges we now face in the workplace have evolved, although UIF remains a challenge.  Naturally, this means that our support to our clients must evolve as well not only by way of content, but by way of format as well.

 Our changes include the following:

  • Our programme is FREE.
  • The WhatsApp support group will continue – shift to empowering content.
  • Immediate email-based support
  • Refreshed repository in terms of relevant content
  • Weekly interactive webinars – shorter webinars allowing more interaction
  • Participant driven content – participants will dictate the content to be covered by making use of an online portal
  • Various subject matter experts available – labour law, skills development, human resources, recruitment, finance.
