A well-established company that imports and distributes innovative air treatment, lifestyle products into the Southern African region are looking for a qualified and experience individual to join their marketing team!

Requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant marketing qualification is required
• Valid Drivers License with own transport
• 3-5yrs experience in social media marketing i.e. Facebook/Instagram/tik tok etc.
• Proficiency and working knowledge of CANVA and Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy and Planning
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Conduct audience research to identify trends, preferences and behaviours to optimise content performance
• Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and on-brand posting schedule
• Content creation
• Create compelling posts, reels, and stories that resonate with target audiences
• Write captions, hashtags, and post copy optimised for each platform
• Film, edit, and produce high quality short-form videos for reels and TikTok
• Stay up to date with platform trends, tools, and algorithm changes to maximise reach and engagement
• Use platform analytics to measure performance and optimise content strategies
• Respond to comments, messages and interactions promptly to foster community and brand loyalty
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follow growth, and conversions
• Use data insights to refine content and campaign strategies
• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaign goals
• Co-ordinate with product, sales, and customer support teams to amplify messages
