· A thorough knowledge of the quality and production of goods

· A complete knowledge of the safety programs in place and how to implement them in case of an emergency.

· A very good knowledge of the quality standards and the ability to see that all goods are produced according to these.

· Ensure that any machine / quality control problems are reported to QC supervisor.

· Regularly do checks on tank releases, on-line QC checks, water checks and micros.

· Confirming the batch numbers of the ingredients on the picking sheets.

· Assisting the cleaning in progress (CIP) on the production line, blending tanks, water room and recording all the relevant data.

· Confirming and reporting the batch numbers and expiry dates of the raw materials regular to the QC Supervisor.

· On-line supervision of quality.

· Overseeing batch/flavour changes.

· Monitoring the product on line and recording the results.

· Testing and releasing of blending tanks.

· Ensuring bio-traces are conducted after tank/fillers sanitation.

· Packing/taking of retention/micro samples.

· Ensuring the product is of good quality and complies to customer specifications.

· General cleaning of lab and lab equipment.

· Be able to work overtime as required.

· Ensure that all the staff in production is wearing the correct PPE, and report any issues to the QC Supervisor or Line Foreman.

· Ensuring that all employees in the production area are adhering to the set code of conduct.

· Any other reasonable requests given by the supervisor or manager.
