Job Description

Our national client in the service industry is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join their Logistics team.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Valid Drivers License with own car
  • Min 3yrs operations/logistics/fleet administration experience
  • MS Office literate

Responsibilities:

  • Taking client bookings telephonically and passing onto the Operations controller
  • Capturing invoices on maintenance sheets daily to assist with record keeping of spend for the month
  • Scanning and splitting of delivery notes for Debtors to be able to invoice
  • Update Drivers files
  • Oversee and manage the Drivers
  • Vehicle maintenance and upkeep i.e. upkeep of vehicles, fines etc.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
  • Geneal fleet administration
  • Managing Drivers trip sheets
