Our client who is in the lighting industry is looking for a Website Specialist with proven experience in digital marketing and techncial skills managing websites.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and update the company website, ensuring all product information is accurate and user-friendly.

· Manage the technical aspects of the website, including updates, product information accuracy, and the integration of new tools or sections.

· Familiarity with SEO and Google Ads to enhance online visibility and traffic is an advantage; training and development in these areas provided if necessary.

· Handle direct inquiries from the website, using live chat tools to guide customers to appropriate branches or resellers.

· Collect and analyze data from customer interactions and site analytics to drive improvements in web traffic and customer engagement.

· Regularly update the website with relevant articles, news, and details about recent projects.

Essential Qualifications:

· Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field.

· Strong technical skills with experience in managing websites and online content.

Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of SEO practices and tools considered an advantage.

· Analytical skills to assess website performance and user engagement.

· Strong communication skills, able to convey technical information effectively.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
