Junior External Sales Representative - Gauteng Region

Our client is seeking a Junior External Sales Representative who wants a career path in sales and is willing to learn all the ropes.

Objective: Support the Senior Sales Representative in enhancing the distribution and visibility of our products across the Gauteng region. This entry-level position is crucial for operational excellence and customer engagement at a grassroots level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and visiting the company's existing client base in northern and southern Gauteng to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Participate in breakfast runs, ECA meetings, customer product demonstrations, and customer training sessions to effectively showcase the range of lighting solutions we offer.
• Contribute to the acquisition of new wholesale accounts by presenting competitive advantages and establishing productive business relationships.
• Work closely with the internal sales team at Durban HQ to coordinate quote generation and follow-up with customers and end-users.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales within the electrical industry, preferably in lighting.
• Strong command of English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
• Energetic and eager to learn with a professional demeanor.
