The way forward

As most of us return to work after some time off, and in keeping with our national efforts to flatten the curve of the second wave – we ask you to please remind your employees about their responsibilities, not only as employees but as citizens of our amazing country.

There is little to no point in having our employees adhere to protocols in the workplace, only to flout them when they leave. Education, Policy and adherence are critically important at this time. Should there be evidence of an employee’s non-compliance with Governments Regulations pertaining to their conduct after hours and or company property – it needs to be understood that the employer has the right to discipline employees for this conduct. While we accept that adherence is not only common sense but easy; it remains true that some employees need to be reminded of this.

A policy coupled with an effective roll out can make a positive contribution to our response to this pandemic.

Should you be interested in participating in this initiative please feel free to contact Nicole Richings on 082 650 2534

She will ensure that you will receive the invites to the webinars. You will also be placed on our WhatsApp support group for ongoing support.
