Competition Terms and Conditions:

• By entering this competition, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions which will govern the competition. Furthermore, you verify that you are unaware of any reason legally prohibiting you from entering this competition. The rules can only be modified by Drake  International South Africa PTY (LTD) (The Promoter) in a written revision posted on the promoter’s website.
• This is a digitally run competition for Durban-based clientele only. Only entries received online via the Promoter's official website or via email to the official competition address will be accepted.
• You may only nominate someone for this competition if they are a permanent employee of the organisation where you are employed.
• The competition will run from 13 September 2021 to end midnight 01 October 2021. The promoters reserve the right to extend the competition timeline. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission. Entries reflected on the Promoter’s records will be treated as the only validation source and will be the only evidence of successful entries.
• To enter the competition, you must nominate someone who works in your company who has in your sole opinion behaved and acted in such a manner that you consider them to be an ‘Office Hero’ before the closing date of the competition.
• The prizes consist of branded Drake cooler bags and the main prizes consist of a choice between Pick n Pay vouchers to the value of R1500, vouchers for a restaurant of your choice to the value of R1500 and a Spa treatment for two.
• The prize is neither negotiable nor transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
• The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions not mentioned hereunder, but in accordance with relevant South African legislation. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any unforeseen reason.
• The winner of the competition will be chosen by a panel of judges in the employ of the promoter and will take place on xxxxx 2021. The winner will be notified via their respective nominator.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• During the course of the competition, the person being nominated will be asked for their consent that the Promoter may use names and images taken of the nominees and winners for publicity purposes, without any further remuneration being payable to the nominees and winner.
• You may not enter the competition if you are a director, member, partner, employee, tenant (or employee of a tenant), agent, consultant or supplier to the Promoters, or their respective spouses, partners, family members (parents, siblings and children), business partners or associates.
• Nominees in this competition will be required to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Promoters and their successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors and shareholders from and against any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, liability for harm, injury or death, demands, expenses or any costs howsoever arising out of their participation in this competition or their use of the prizes, and/or any person with whom they share that prize.
• If we choose vouchers as the prize, we may have to include something along these lines - . Income taxes relating to the prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
• The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition.
• This competition is not in any way affiliated to and/or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
• Participants understand and agree that in order to offer the competition, the Promoter must collect and use personal information about participants. This competition is conducted under the terms of applicable privacy legislation. The promoter’s privacy policy is available here.
• The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time if deemed necessary in their own opinion or if circumstances arise outside of their control.
