A national, cash & carry retailer is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join their finance team.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Computer Literate - MS Office plus knowledge of a financial program i.e. Pastel
  • Min 3yrs financial administration experience in a similar environment is required
  • 1yr HR administration - knowledge of payroll would be ideal
  • Must be willing to work month end Saturday mornings

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Bookkeeper and Financial Manager with ad-hoc finance duties
  • General finance administration
  • Debtors recon's
  • Creditors recon's
  • Assist with capturing time and attendance clockings onto the system for head office
  • Assist with all other HR related duties i.e keeping employee HR files up to date
