A top, well established legal firm is looking for a qualified and experienced Legal Secretary to join their Labour Division.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant qualification would be advantageous
  • Valid Drivers License with Own Car
  • Min 3yrs experience as a Legal Secretary is required
  • Good understanding/knowledge of Labour/IR related matters and court procedures
  • MS Office Literate

Responsibilities:

  • Client file management
  • Capture fees on Legal Suite
  • Format documents prepared by the Director
  • Transcribe
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Index and paginate court documents
  • PA/Secretarial duties to the Director
