Requirements:
Looking for an Administration Clerk - Operations to join the team. The successful candidate will be required to assist with administration and stock processes pertaining to store operations.
Competencies:
Computer literate - Excel spreadsheets/RTS/Word
Accurate data entries
Office filing, invoices, store admin
Store Stocktakes - Openness to working longer hours from time to time
Store Admin checks - Openness to working longer hours from time to time
Willingness to travel
Good organisational skills
Ability to show initiative
Ability to multitask in high pressure environment
Attention to detail
Meeting deadlines as required
Effective communication, written & verbal skills
Other administrative tasks as may be needed by team members for project implementation
Must be a team player
Minimum of a Grade 12 qualification
