Internal Sales Representative (Chinese Speaking)

Our client who supplies construction and industrial products is looking for a Chinese speaking Salesperson who will be doing the following:

• Prepare quotuations
• Shipping custom documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading and customs declarations
• Manage export process by coordinating with suppliers and transporters
• Arrange transportation and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays
• Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions including invoices, shipping documents

Requirements:

• Sales experience
• Portuguese/Chinese language skill will be advantageous
• Matric
• Have Passport as they may need to travel
• Tertiary qualification in related field will be advantageous
