Position Overview:

To drive revenue growth by managing customer relationships, generating leads, and supporting the external sales team through remote communication channels such as phone, email, and CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential clients and assess their needs.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, providing product/service information.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Track and report sales activities using CRM systems.
• Order Processing: Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on deliveries.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and external sales teams.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales metrics and forecasts.
• Customer Retention: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Perform any other related duties as required by management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Experience in the steel industry is advantageous.
• At least 2 years' experience in Sales will be an advantage.
• Product knowledge - Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Pipe (training will be provided).
• Computer literate (e.g., Syspro, MS Office, Excel).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
