Finance Manager

A company in the import and export sector is looking for a Finance Manager.

Job description

• Perform financilal management duties including generationg finacial data, compiling and submitting reports, analysing industry trends
• Oversee the operations and development of companys finance departments
• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitior and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards
• Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the companies financrs
• Supervise the documentation of companys financial status and forecasts
• Mediate between the organisation, employees, stakeholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences
• Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the companys status and financial forecasts

Required Skills and Quailifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Professional accounting certification
• Proven experience in financial management including budgeting, forecaasting and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Leaderhsip and team management skills
