Our client, one of South Africa's leading liquor retailers is looking for a qualified and experienced individual to oversee and manage their retail store in East London!

Requirements:

• Matric
• Valid Driver's License with your own transport
• 5yrs senior retail management experience in the food/liquor industry is required
• MS Office literate

Must be willing to work retail hours

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for opening and closing the store
• Training, development and management of staff (x35)
• Dealing and negotiating with suppliers
• Monthly stock takes
• Overseeing the merchandising of the store
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Completion of weekly/monthly store administration
• Monthly reporting to the Directors
• Grow market share
• Sales/business development
• Achieving monthly store sales targets
