Business Development Manager

Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth and profitability within quarts, granite and sintered stone surfaces business by leading and motivating sales team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and develop sales team
  • clear sales targets and quotas for team
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Oversee entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Monitor and control sales expenses
  • Develop and implement effective sales tools and processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively
