Job Title: Store Supervisor

Job Summary: The Store supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. This role involves managing staff, optimizing sales, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Sales and Customer Service:

    • Set sales targets and monitor performance.

  3. Inventory and Merchandising:

    • Manage inventory levels and order new stock as needed.
    • Oversee merchandising and ensure the store is visually appealing.

  4. Financial Management:

    • Prepare and manage the store's budget.
    • Monitor financial performance and analyze variances.
    • Implement corrective actions to achieve financial goals.
  5. Operational Management:
