Job Purpose:

We're looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Social & Paid Media Specialist to lead full-funnel campaign execution across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. This dynamic role supports two impactful brands:

  • 60% focus on B2B lead generation for Aramex, targeting qualified business leads.
  • 40% focus on consumer acquisition for Shop & Ship, driving growth in cross-border eCommerce.

This is a unique opportunity to work across diverse audiences and objectives, blending strategic thinking with tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement content strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and feedback.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Paid Media Campaigns

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize ad creatives and targeting for maximum ROI.
  • Manage budgets and monitor campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and refine strategies based on analytics.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Insights.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Use data to inform future content and campaign strategies.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
  • Align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and digital trends.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of hands on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns , ideally across both B2B and B2C ojectives
  • Proven success in B2B lead generation and B2C customer acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with lead generation funnels and customer acqusition strategies
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn ads , programmatic platforms , or mobile/app campaigns is a plus
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
