It’s a powerful multi-level, multi-purpose tool, specifically designed by a team of organisational psychologists not only to be as accurate as possible but also to be as simple to understand as possible.

How does psychometric testing work?

Drake P3® assesses an individual’s key personality traits, communication styles, and motivational needs, as well as their relationships with others, using our unique combination of 4 primary behavioural drivers:

This results in a comprehensive report showing how individuals feel when they are themselves—their Primary Profile—and an assessment of how they vary or ‘flex’ their behaviour when they’re at work—their Environmental Adjustment Profile.

Drake P3 uses objective, scientifically based data to highlight traits, communication, and motivational needs to predict workplace performance. The candidate undertakes a 15–20-minute online assessment and an insightful behavioural profile.  The assessment maps out the individual's unique combination of four primary behavioural driver traits and other key considerations such as emotional intelligence, decision-making style, motivational needs, stress levels, energy levels, plus learning and communication style.
