Behavioural Assessments - Drake P3. @format>
Let us help you find top talent by leveraging our extensive network and industry expertise. Our staffing selection helps you drive performance and productivity.
A key challenge during recruitment is differentiating candidates who do well in interviews from candidates who will do well in the actual position. Personality and behavioural assessment tools are essential in recruitment, removing the guesswork in predicting performance and behavioural compatibility.
We believe this is so important that we built our own personality and behavioural assessment system, Drake P3®, over 40 years ago.
It’s a powerful multi-level, multi-purpose tool, specifically designed by a team of organisational psychologists not only to be as accurate as possible but also to be as simple to understand as possible.
While merits, skills, and qualifications are important in a job role, understanding the key behavioural traits best suited to your corporate culture, team, or job role is essential and offers numerous benefits to the hiring organisation. These can include better recruitment outcomes, a more cohesive team, higher productivity and performance, reduced turnover, and a reduction in conflict.
"P3 has been a game-changer in our recruitment and people management, and retention strategies. Even when the candidate doesn’t think it’s that accurate, time always proves different. I highly recommend this tool!" - CEO & Co-founder
Drake P3® assesses an individual’s key personality traits, communication styles, and motivational needs, as well as their relationships with others, using our unique combination of 4 primary behavioural drivers:
This results in a comprehensive report showing how individuals feel when they are themselves—their Primary Profile—and an assessment of how they vary or ‘flex’ their behaviour when they’re at work—their Environmental Adjustment Profile.
Drake P3 uses objective, scientifically based data to highlight traits, communication, and motivational needs to predict workplace performance. The candidate undertakes a 15–20-minute online assessment and an insightful behavioural profile. The assessment maps out the individual's unique combination of four primary behavioural driver traits and other key considerations such as emotional intelligence, decision-making style, motivational needs, stress levels, energy levels, plus learning and communication style.
Recognising team members and their personalities can help managers better understand how to motivate their team, enhance team culture, and advance leadership and development opportunities.
Drake P3 generates a wide range of individual and team reports to provide valuable insights, allowing you to identify top talent and develop team cohesion and performance.
By assessing personality and behaviour, you add science to the selection process, looking at a candidate’s key behavioural and personality traits as well as their experience and qualifications.
Using Drake P3 to select the ‘right fit’ for a recruit leads to a dramatic improvement in staff selection and retention, as well as enhanced teamwork, performance and productivity.
In addition to the Drake P3 selection assessment, several key modules and in-depth reports provide you with valuable insights.
