About the Role

Drake Personnel is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Junior Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow in the recruitment industry, develop client relationships, and contribute to business success through quality staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new business development and client account growth
• Assist in providing permanent and temporary staffing solutions (white and blue collar)
• Conduct telemarketing and client servicing activities
• Help prepare advertising copy and screen candidates
• Perform reference checks and assist with post-placement follow-ups
• Ensure accurate completion of placement documentation
• Advise clients on staffing needs and basic labour law matters
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service synergy
• Contribute to performance reporting and branch objectives

What We're Looking For

• Relevant qualification in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)
• Experience or strong interest in recruitment or sales
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email systems)
• Valid driver's license and own transport
• Enthusiastic, results-driven, and eager to learn
